Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

We use Royal Mail as our primary courier and all parcels are sent using a tracked service. For larger orders weighing over 10kg, FedEx may be used instead.

Once your order has been packed, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information will normally become active after 6pm on the day the tracking number is issued.

Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24 parcels on the next working day, including Saturdays. Tracked 48 parcels are typically delivered within two working days. Please note that these timeframes are service targets and not guaranteed delivery dates.

If a mobile phone number is provided at checkout, Royal Mail may send delivery updates and estimated delivery times by text message.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us before 3pm on the day the order is placed so that we can amend the details before dispatch. Requests received after 3pm will be passed to Royal Mail where possible, however changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has entered the delivery network. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, return postage of £6.95 will be deducted from any refund issued. If you would like the parcel to be sent again, a new shipping invoice will be raised and must be paid before redelivery.

Royal Mail will normally attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the local delivery office for up to 14 days before being returned to us. Parcels returned due to non collection will incur a return postage charge of £6.95, which will be deducted from the refund.
